2. Free Account Inactivity Protocol

To maintain a clean and secure cloud environment we implement strict retention limits for non-paying users. If a free account remains inactive for a period of three consecutive months we initiate an automatic deletion process.

  • Data Export: Before deletion occurs we will package your workspace data and send a downloadable copy to your registered email address so you do not lose your work.
  • Permanent Removal: Once the data has been sent we permanently erase your information from our live servers. This action helps us protect your privacy by minimizing the amount of dormant data we store.

3. Paid Subscription Protection

Accounts with an active paid subscription are exempt from the inactivity deletion rule. As long as your subscription remains active we guarantee the continued preservation and security of your data. Your information is stored with redundant backups to ensure it is always available whenever you choose to log in regardless of how much time has passed between sessions.

4. Voluntary Account Deletion

You have complete control over your digital footprint. If you wish to close your account and remove your data from our systems you may do so at any time. We do not make you jump through hoops to leave.

  • Immediate Action: Upon receiving your verified request we will immediately schedule your account for purging.
  • Total Wipe: This process removes your personal information authentication tokens and workspace history from our database. Please note that this action is irreversible.

5. How to Request Deletion
